Pupper RIG Jacket

The Resource Integration Gear (RIG) is a health monitoring and support system designed to assist users in hazardous environments. Every RIG features a signature spinal-mounted display that projects the user’s health as a glowing segmented bar which gradually dims as injuries occur to the user. Although the original strength augmentation systems have been removed, the civilian Pupper RIG Jacket offers all the essential health management features in a stylish leather jacket, now generally available for purchase.

The Pupper Rig Jacket is a VRChat avatar asset inspired by the Dead Space franchise. This asset provides your ScoutArtz Pupper with a cool-looking leather jacket and a spine-mounted display to track your device batteries.

Requirements:

Unity Version 2022.3.22f1

For battery and controller tracking, a third party overlay software such as OVR Toolkit or XSOverlay is required.

Some basic Unity knowledge is required to add this asset to your avatar.

• Spine-mounted display for the ScoutArtz Pupper avatar base

  • An optional shirt with two designs is included with the jacket
• Blendshapes to adjust for body type and shape
• Headset, controller and tracker battery charge display
  • Options available to track headset, controller, and average tracker battery charge
    • Note: XSOverlay or OVR Toolkit are required for this to function. Headset battery charge is only supported by OVR Toolkit.
• Customization Options:
  • Customize the color of the RIG to your liking
  • Manually set the health value displayed by the RIG
• Further customization is available through the provided Substance Painter file
  • Note: Substance Painter 11.0.1 or higher is required to edit this file
• Model alterations can be made through the provided Blender file
• The Pupper RIG has been designed with performance in mind
